Red meat, dark fruits, oak, chocolate and plums. It's the type of red that grabs you by the canasters. Well, it did me anyway. The fruit is bullish and grinds through to a long finish. Dusty like tannins sit nicely.
There's just that little grunty kick. Like the tear away kid. A wine you'd have sitting up late with joined by deep and meaningful conversation. Chocolate tart shouldn't be far away from it either.
Will cellar for ten.
Very good.
