Tommy Ruff Syrah Mourvedre 2013

There's more funky town here than Pseudo Echo.

Another typically natural wine from Tom Shobbrook. The wild ferment funky characters lob up immediately. Rustic in appearance as ever too and of course unfined.

Dark cherry, fruit compote, dry grass and herbaceous characters. This evolves nicely in the glass. Dusty tannins cap off a neat drop perfect for a hearty meal.

Have in the medium term. And food? Beef cheek me!

Very good.
